Our office complex is directly behind the Providence Mercantile Clinic at Kruse Way and Lower Boones Ferry. Our building "2" is directly behind building "1" (refer to the photo diagram below), and parking is available adjacent to either one of the two main entrances to the building. The ADA access is on the south side of the building that faces Kruse Way Pl. We highly recommend that you use the map application below, to direct you to our address, and prepare to arrive earlier than your appointment time due to the potential complexity of finding our exact location.
